Design Rights Notice:
For custom pieces, while your idea or vehicle may inspire the artwork, the final design remains the intellectual property of Milo Adventuress. Purchase of this merchandise does not grant ownership rights to the file used. All rights to this design are owned exclusively by Milo Adventuress including the right to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the design. 

Custom Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

All custom orders are created specifically to the customer's requirements and involve administrative, design, consultation, and production preparation work from the time an order is placed.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel a custom order prior to production. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

The following cancellation fees apply:


  • 25% cancellation fee of the total order value if the order is cancelled before design work has commenced. This fee covers administrative processing, consultation, communication, sourced materials and order management costs.

  • Up to 50% cancellation fee of the total order value if design work, artwork preparation, sourcing, mock-ups, revisions, or production preparation has commenced.

  • No refund will be provided once production, manufacturing, printing, or any other physical production process has begun.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the original order value, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Discretionary Assessment

As each custom order is unique, we reserve the right to assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate cancellation fee based on the work completed, time invested, and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Customer Acknowledgement

By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that custom products are made specifically for them and are therefore subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined above.

CAN I BUY MORE THEN 1? 

Absolutely! After the first purchase of a custom design, the following purchases are charged at the standard displayed prices. 

Eg : $60 - T shirt, $80 - hoodie. 

HOW LONG IS TURN AROUND?

With the demand of orders, Milo appreciates your patience. Our turn around averages at 3-4 weeks at the latest, depending on your position in our que. You will receive an email when Milo has started your artwork as well as your first draft. All feedback, critiques and changes are encouraged for the design to be personalised with you. Once you are fully satisfied with your custom artwork Milo will make your merch/design and email you a tracking number. We appreciate your support.

CAN I ORDER MY MOTORBIKE, BOAT OR TRUCK?

We are not limited by what style of automobile in the artwork, you can even add in a note to signify your wheels!

CAN I GIVE A THEME?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the artwork you are wearing!

CAN I ADD MY PET INTO THE DESIGN?
